Subsidies have been granted to 67 design projects and 48 engineering projects. Among these projects, 13 have been completed and 12 engineering projects were withdrawn during the application phase. A total of 5 review meetings and 1 pre-review inspection meeting were conducted by inviting at least 2 experts to attend each session. Fifteen engineering supervision meetings were held for the subsidy program on resource recovery storage site optimization and sub-classification in New Taipei City, Yilan County, Kinmen County, Pingtung County, Miaoli County’s Tongxiao Township, Changhua County, Yunlin County, and Taoyuan City. From these meetings, important improvement suggestions were compiled and collected to provide references for future engineering execution or supervision. In response to national green energy policies, this program surveyed the current status of storage sites governed by Taiwanese executive agencies and determined which areas needed counseling services. In addition to completing inspections on 22 counties/cities and 277 townships, the program has also established photovoltaic systems that generated a total of 6.12MW in 15 site areas. The planning for 7.093 MW of photovoltaic capacity in 20 site areas is currently underway. By counseling 18 cleaning squad field operations, 1 responsible enterprise field operation, 42 phone interviews, and tailoring the status and issues of every recovery site, this program provides site-specific counseling and assistance that facilitates successful photovoltaic implementation, introduces renewable resource development to storage sites, as well as drives a circular economy for environmental sustainability. By the end of August 2022, the executive agency’s information platform for resource recovery storage and sub-classification sites was fully inspected for business-related information and data flow. The relationship between the platform’s execution units and structures was analyzed, and the overall data flow was also examined in an integrated manner. Based on the two dimensions of data source and application, the data entries were checked one-by-one to maintain, optimize, and manage the platform’s user interface with enhanced project management capabilities. This program has organized three educational training sessions on engineering supervision, construction inspection, and steel structure quality. Through these classes, subsidy program experience sharing, and on-site visits, the participants developed a more focused understanding of engineering implementation and planning that served as real-world examples for future designs. These activities attracted 200 participants in total.
